"The ICC Investigates and tries individuals charged with the gravest crimes of concern to the international community: genocide, war crimes, crimes against humanity, and the crime of aggression. As a court of last resort, it seeks to complement, not replace, national Courts."
MUNSA 30 will be the second MUNSA conference to include the International Criminal Court (ICC). The ICC differs from all other committees in its parliamentary procedure and flow of debate. Seeing as this will be a fairly brand-new experience for both new and returning delegates, it is HIGHLY recommended that ICC delegates are experienced MUNSA delegates and review ICC resources extensively. Evidence materials and background papers can be found on this page, while guides for parliamentary procedure and the Flow of Debate can be found on the “Resources” Page, linked to the button below.
In order to be considered for an award at this year's ICC conference, delegates MUST submit two position papers prior to the start of the conference. Additionally, each delegate will be assigned a representative number during Session 1, which will be used during the award ceremony—please remember this number throughout the conference.
